During therapy, we will use tools from various psychological approaches, depending on your personal needs: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory & Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focused Therapies (including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure or EMDR) and others.
