Teen/ Young Adult Therapy

Adolescence can be a time of incredible self-discovery, but it can also be a time of confusion and uncertainty. Whether you are struggling with trauma (especially from recent school shootings), anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, peer pressure, disagreements with your parents, or any other emotional and mental health challenge, Dr. Sinclair aims to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to face these challenges head-on and to help you develop the resilience and skills you need to thrive.

Dr. Sinclair is committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself freely. Through one-on-one counseling sessions, you explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop coping strategies, and foster a greater sense of self-awareness and confidence.

At Sinclair Psychology, we believe that therapy should be accessible to all, which is why we offer online therapy services as well as in-person sessions. This means that if you can’t physically make it to the office, you can engage in therapy sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home, providing convenience and flexibility to fit your extracurricular or other after-school activity.
